Eric R. Garmon is a highly skilled attorney with extensive experience in civil litigation, insurance law, and risk management. Eric earned his Juris Doctor from Faulkner University and has built a robust career in law, starting as a law enforcement officer and investigator. Eric has professionally investigated everything from basic misdemeanor crimes, to corporate fraud, death investigations, and beyond. This foundational experience in law enforcement has equipped him with valuable insights into investigation and evidence gathering, which he has effectively applied in his legal practice.

As the founding attorney of Garmon & Bealke, PLLC, Eric brings a wealth of knowledge to the firm. His experience includes representing the Florida Sheriff's Risk Management Fund, where he defended self-insured Sheriff's offices against a variety of civil disputes to include defending law enforcement officers against 1983 civil rights violation claims in state and federal court. His prowess in handling high-stakes litigation has made him a trusted advocate in the legal community.
